Accounts

You must be 13 or older. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

User content

You retain rights to your commentary. By publishing an annotation, you grant Annotated a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, store, and distribute the annotation through our service.

Prohibited conduct

• Posting material that infringes copyright or other rights.
• Harassment, hate speech, or threats.
• Attempts to circumvent rate limits or access controls.

Termination
